I didn't know who to get in Chatham, but found Garnet, he was a great find. Due to living out of town and having to deal with relocating elderly parents it was a trying time. Garnet came along, got an idea of what I needed and handled everything for me. From listing the house to organizing clearing it out, getting repairs done, and thebest was selling above list price! I would highly recommend Garnet and the team he works with.
